| Jamie ( Sheeri Rappaport), Spending the Easter Break at an all-girls Catholic School is a Hellish fate. When Restoration of the school's chapel reveals an age-old tomb, Jamie challenges her friends to a dare that will unearth the convent's sinister secrets that night, the girls snenk into the tomb and discover a place of worship where, 100 years ago, a coven of young women contacted the devil. Jamie, in her relentless quest, comes across an ancient latin book of spells and devises a plan to re-enact the unholy rituals. The studious Faith, (Mimi Reichmeister), reluctantly agrees to translate the book of incantations. Terrified by these blasphemous events, Faith begins to question Jamie's obsession with the occult. With the history of the santa carlita chapel and discovers that a Guardian exists who may have the means to prevent the return of the devil. As Good Friday draws near, Jamie begins to develop unnatural powers condemning all those who stand in her path to a ghastly end. Against tremendous odds, Faith and Daniel locata the Guardian(Jennifer Rubin), and race to stop a power they could not overcome if. |
